I use this lecithin in 1 full heaping spoon on my smoothies along with a few other ingredients such as Iodine, Ascorbic acid, team 22 borax for Borbon (which the brain) a bit of baking soda as a carrier - Chlorophyll in pure form, (16 drops per) for the blood and Selenium in liquid form - 300 mgc. (5-7 drops) This all goes in with some Kefir or Icecream - :P This is an awesome concoction. With the right diet. You are golden.
