Shipped fast and packaged the same as you would find in the store. No install or activation issues. I would normally by an the OEM version but its tied to the machine installed, my understanding is the retail copy can be moved to a new machine and you get support. I do a rebuild ever few years and like to move my image to avoid installing all my software which half I can't find. Good safe value.

NOT PRO Version!!!...It's HOME version!!!...INVALID KEY!!!
The Flash drive makes it easy to install...UNFORTUNATELY, the version it installs is HOME!!!...You then have to go to MS website to UPDATE to PRO with the provided "key" that the website DOES NOT ACCEPT!!! Was on the phone with MS at WEE hours of the morning getting them to do a REMOTE connect to the PC so THEY can see what version you have & then INSTALL an OEM version...NOT what I PAID FOR!!!

Sure Beats DVD Installation
They should have been doing this years ago. My only problem was with the flash (Tthumb) drive itself. I kept trying to remove a non-existent cap! The instructions are somewhat vague with just a triangular logo. I quickly figured it out with the assistance of a magnifying glass. Some novice users may have trouble accessing the BIOS to change the boot order. Overall, it's great!

Installation on Intel NUC
It works great now that I have the right drivers installed. Neither the WIFI or Ethernet drivers worked when I first installed it. Had to go to another computer and download drivers, copy them to a flash driver and install on the NUC. Finally got the WIFI working, then could download Windows 10 update. Ethernet started working after the Windows 10 update. Also had to install other Intel drivers. All in all, it was worth it to get the great price on Windows 10 Pro.
