This was a great sequel to the first two movies. As it's a low-budget film, of course it's to be expected that the acting wouldn't be the best. But Logan Bartholomew definately shines in this film. Others aren't quite as good but it really doesn't take away from the enjoyment. The storyline is definately exciting and touching, and the ending is very special and heartwarming. No language or inappropriate scenes, so it's a great family film, although a few parts may be scary for young children. Five stars!!

Excellent Great Family Movie Watch It!!!
This Movie is the third in the series and I just loved the movie itself have watched over and over. I love the way willy and Missy put God First in there lives and the way they enclude everyone around them it that love to make them fill loved, The only thing i did not like about this one is that they changed Missy, She was a good Actress but would have liked for her to be the same girl and in the other movie. I decided to but this movie because i loved the book and the first two movies in the series. Can't wait to see what they come out with next.

Love's Long Journey (2006, DVD)
Love's Long Journey is based on the Janette Oke's third book in the Love Comes Softly Series. Although, I was sad that there was a new face to one of the characters, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. What makes this movie different than the first two, is that there is action and suspense. Missie and Willie move further west to establish a ranch of their own. The movie does a wonderful job portraying the hardships of the wagon train and the move west.
