The book provides valuable business advice, which, if followed, might just turn a few businesses upside down. This type of transformation can be good, especially when it makes the business more valuable. Living on the Fault Line helped me to validate, and concisely summarize, some ideas I have had all along about marketng and selling software and related services. So I thought the book very worthwhile.
