While aimed at High Tech, this book should be required reading for senior management, middle management, and sales & marketing professionals in just about any industry. Living on the Fault Line picks up where Crossing the Chasm leaves off. It goes into more depth re the Technology Adoption Life Cycle, focusing on how to create shareholder value at different stages of the Life Cycle. The book provides valuable business advice, which, if followed, might just turn a few businesses upside down. This type of transformation can be good, especially when it makes the business more valuable. Living on the Fault Line helped me to validate, and concisely summarize, some ideas I have had all along about marketng and selling software and related services. So I thought the book very worthwhile.
