Good aerobic work out choices, not too much.
I have this already, but DVD to...o scratched to play, so I purchased this one on eBay. I paid more than 3x my original cost on eBay and it must be a copy of a copy as it looks less clear that my original. That said, I enjoy this work out. That is why I bought it again. It is upbeat and gives a good aerobic work out and includes stretching. Its one of my favorites. There are 3 workouts to choose from. The 20 and 30 minutes are good workouts, but I enjoy 40 minutes the best. Good way to work up your stamina by starting with 20 minutes. I rated 4 due to quality of the copy.

I LOVE this DVD!
I have been using Leslie Sansone's walking videos to work o...ut to for over 15 years. I have some health challenges that make it very difficult for me to do high impact workouts, so these walking DVD's have been a great alternative. They offer the option for you to choose whatever number of miles you are feeling up to, and they offer a variety of different DVD's with different intensity levels; some DVD's have easy walks for beginners or those with health challenges, some DVD's are an intermediate level, and some offer greater intensity by adding some jogging, fast pace walking, and resistance training. I LOVE the variety available. Several of the DVD's pretty much follow the same type of routine: walking in place, kicks, knee lifts, and stepping side to side. But this DVD offers some variety: You can do a 1,2, or 3 mile walk. And Leslie has added some new and fun moves, which makes it a nice change from the typical routine. I REALLY like this particular DVD. I have done each of the workouts: the 1, 2, & 3 mile walks and I enjoyed them all. I like that this is not a high intensity workout but more of an intermediate workout - which is what I typically do. I suffer from severe adrenal fatigue, so energy is a BIG issue for me. I never know from day to day how much energy I will have for the day, so I own a variety of these DVD's & choose a workout that fits my energy level for that day. These DVD's have been a huge blessing to me. On days when my energy is depleted I can still choose an easy 1 mile walk, just so I can keep moving.

I have a LOT of Leslie Sansone workout videos, and t...his one is definitely at the TOP of my list of favorites! It has the usual choices of workouts, depending on your fitness level. What I really like is the cheery studio setting and the even-bubblier-than-usual interaction between Leslie and her workout buddies. They seem like real people, are having fun exercising, and Leslie even talks with some at the end of the workout. I like that-- it makes her seem so real! What I wish it had was the on-screen timer that a lot of her videos have. Still, it is my favorite-- one that I will use a lot. Thanks for reading!
