Great Vacuum Works Great! Could have been a cleaner refurbish
Works Great! for a good price! Very easy to use excellent suction carpet has never been so clean. I'd highly recommend. Not so happy about the condition it showed up in though, was not clean and looked pretty beat up. No way of passing it off as new or even close. I understand it's refurbished but I think alot more care could have been taken to clean it up.

10 / 10. Would bang.
I purchased this product seeking a replacement for my Bissell Powerforce vacuum. After researching volumes of Consumer Reports and user reviews, I decided on the LG Kompressor as my choice of purchase. The general consensus was that the LG Kompressor Series (new or used) was the best performing vacuum for the suggested price. After putting this product to the test, I can confidently assure you that this is an accurate assessment. Less costly than Dyson and Miele (Consumer Reports claimed that the LG outperformed them also), and verifiably more powerful and efficient than Hoover, Bissell, Kenmore and Panasonic (all of which I have used previously). The only area I am unable to report on is durability, which only time can tell. That being said, here is a list of pros and cons for ease of reading (but only if formatting is allowed, which the preview suggests isn't). PROS: -Excellent suction. -More quiet than others. (Not silent. After all, it's a vacuum. Duh.) -Dirt receptacle has internal mechanism that revolves and 'squeegees' the dirt from the sides of the base. -Filter and design of receptacle make for dust-free emptying. -Long cord reduces time spent searching for multiple outlets. -Wand tools are easily stored on the wand itself and makes losing them less likely. -Emergency shut-off feature if unit is tilted back too far and rollers are exposed. -Hose is easily detachable at both ends if need to unclog arises (it hasn't). -Makes a happy-sounding chime when unit is plugged in. -Manual is easily downloadable as a PDF file from LG if you ever lose it. (http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-LUV300B#manuals_panel) -Doesn't freak my dog out. (Not a universal attribute, but I thought I'd include it.) CONS: -Wand requires some 'convincing' to properly latch into place. -Button placement on handle my be cumbersome for some users. (It doesn't bother me at all, but I've read other reviews that mention it, so I thought to point it out.) -Must have cord unraveled if you want to put the wand away. Too bulky otherwise. -Picking up the unit may be a challenge for some. Not only because it weighs in at 28 pounds, but also due to the lack of handles meant for that purpose. If you try to lift it by the wand handle (I haven't), I only imagine bad things for it's future. Read full review

Leaves me with a good feeling, after I have used it.
I purchased this sweeper as used on E-Bay. It works great. My former sweeper was not doing so well. It didn't seem to pick up the dirt, I would have to keep going over areas where I would see evidence of crumbs etc. The first time I used this it was like a miracle. The dirt etc, it picked up amazed me. This is not a light weight sweeper however it does not bother me to use it. I am so grateful for the job it is doing that a little weight is a small price to pay. You just feel that your floors and carpets are as clean as they can possibly get, especially when you observe the amount of dirt that is being collected in the see through collection area on the sweeper. I am very pleased that I got this sweeper. I have been using it for 4 months.

Should have purchased one earlier.
We've owned a Dyson for several years. Never really happy with it, especially when using the attachments. Almost useless there. We had the opportunity to donate the Dyson for a good cause, so we did. So what to buy as a replacement. CR had the LG's rated highly. We found a good deal on the Luv300B. So glad we purchased this product. First cleaning brought dust and dirt from the carpet the Dyson had missed for years. Actually filled the canister. So, first off, it does a much better job on the floors. And does a great job with the attachments. Once you get the hang of it, the attachments are just a click away. Amazingly usefull. The little mini-tool is great for any area (up, down, or sideways) too small for the main vacuum. All the tool are easy to use. We've owned the Luv300B for about 2 months now, and just love it. The 300 has been replaced by the 350 (I think), but CR rates the 350 even higher. Read full review
