Wonderful concept, design and price, but the execution and fin...al product would have been much better coming-out of a factory in Japan or Taiwan. I have a drawer full of late-model "Chinese" Kershaw's; some are near perfect, while others show problems in manufacturing. This Cryo II knife has a great fit & finish, but the blade has an uneven grind. The edge on one side of the blade is close to a 20-degree angle, while the other side leans more towards 25-degrees? Have fun sharpening that edge! It can be fixed, but requires a lot of time on the coarse crock-sticks. Pretty sad when the Chinese contractor can't get the grind even on both sides of a blade. Makes you wonder if they got the heat treatment right? So only 4-stars for this knife. It's "hit or miss" with these Chinese Kershaw products....

This knife if comfortable in my hand and easy to deploy with ...the speed safe function. Kershaw knows how to sharpen there knives because everyone of them I've bought have always had a sharp edge that's lasted a good long time. I will say the weight was a bit of a surprise but that's because the knife I carry daily is a Kershaw leek that weighs nearly nothing.

I have a number of Kershaw knives. They all are well... made & hold an edge. The designs have novel features & styling. I like the assisted opening feature.

Great size, beautiful, yet durable finish. Fast ope...ning mechanism. Sits low in the pocket - which I don't like for draw speed, but more comfortable to carry. Can't believe how great the finish and durability balance each other. Blade is sharp and hold edge.
