  I love this matcha by Jade Leaf, it's one of the bes...t. I use it all the time to make matcha lattes. It doesn't upset your stomach or anything. I'm glad it's unsweetened and can't wait to bake with it. I just wish they sold it in bigger quantities. It's really good quality.

  I have nothing to compare this to but boug...ht it to make matcha shortbread cookies. Haven't made them yet but did add matcha to a batch of Haupia pudding. It was an experiment and tasted good. I've tasted matcha chocolates before that were very good so will give that a try too. There is a lot in the bag. I hope to be able to use it up before the expiration date later this year.
