Love my laptop now. Upgraded my Lenovo Ideapad g580 from a lowly underperforming Celeron with HD graphics to an i7 3520 with HD 4000 graphics. Nice to get a dual upgrade with a single chip. Breaking the machine down isn't something for non-techies, so if you aren't a "Geek" pay someone to do it for you. Took my time, tore the machine apart, swapped CPUs and VOILA!! Love my computer all over again. I did upgrade from 4G to 16, so that helped as well. My final upgrade will be to replace the 5400RPM HD with an SSD drive for total transformation on my laptop. In conclusion, love this CPU, it was a great deal, and an impressive boost in performance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
