The version of Windows 10 that comes preloaded on this computer is very difficult to negotiate . I have 3 other computers with windows 10 and this one does not work like any of the 3 that I presently have .. I am not altogether happy with this purchase ..

I like everything about this PC EXCEPT the slot where you put in your disk is very flimsy! It's hard to open, and once you get it open it's hard to insert your disk! You have to use both hands, and sorta pop it into place, otherwise the disk will fall out. The first time I inserted a disk I didn't have it in right and it came off getting stuck inside the unit, I had to use a piece of tape and gently pull it out! Other than that it's a good unit!
