Your Tech helped with the issue on MSN, however I have run into the same problem on several other web sites. On those, I have to go to my old computer which is VERY slow. Its a boat anchor. You drop it on your foot, you lose it. Great computer. Upgrated to w10 and works great. It even turns off. Windows 10 has a feature that is supposed to make computers Start faster. Well, unless you disable this feature. Your hp will not turn off.
