Coming from a Blackberry Classic and a couple days with an Original Pixel (defect with microphone/speaker), the Pixel 2 has been really nice and easy to use. My main use are calls, texts, emails, and using the NBA and ESPN apps to watch games. In November 2019, the phone is still fast, snappy, and does all the things I need it to. Furthermore, I really like the placement of the fingerprint sensor on the back and it is accurate. My only real gripe so far is the battery life, but I knew it likely wouldn't be at full health with a furbished model already a few years old. But I can live with it as its not that bad and I carry a charging cable with me. So all-in-all, the phone has performed well so far and I have enjoyed using it, especially at its price point.

Kind of sad that this 3-year-old phone design is VASTLY superior to my moto x4. Much, much faster, and cheaper. I should have gotten one of these to begin with. I'm not convinced the battery is what it would be with a new phone, but it has no problem lasting the day. Yet.

Excellent camera, long battery life, attractive display, perfect size if you like smaller phones (women who like it to fit in one hand), 64GB fits all my data and allows my OS to run efficiently. Didn't want to buy new as Pixel 3 probably comes out in October 2018 and I will want that with more storage to last longer.

The Pixel is hands down the best phone I've ever owned. Great screen, battery life, speed, and phenomenal pictures.

Just got a Google Pixel 2 for like $280 and I can't believe how amazing this purchase was. I haven't had a new phone in six years, so I was really outdated, but I ran several tests on the phone I got in the mail and I have to say, it is WAY better than every newer phone I've seen in all aspects! The camera completely stunned me. No lag and such great quality photos, even at night! Anyway, this phone was just $280 because it has some minor broken glass corner on the back. Honestly, that shouldn't cost much at all to replace. It even has this camera feature called "Night Sight". What it does is it amazingly enhances the brightness in darker areas of photos. Just take a look at some that I(as a complete amateur) took:
