LOVE IT. For a pressure washer been all plastic not bad at all with a two year warranty. The pressure washer works excellent. It did the job flawlessly. I love the simplicity and the pressure it has. The best thing is not heavy at all. I love the power it gives. The only one thing I saw and concern of was the cycle while shooting with pressure. It looses pressure if you cycle the trigger/pressure gun. You have to wait till the pump stops for a second. Once the pump stops and you cycle re-shoot again with pressure with no problems. I figure because you have the roller hose tube assembly pressurized. Is extra addition so it has parts that are under pressure. No biggie recycle shoot and the job done. The best thing is the attachments upright. Instead of the older model facing down. In time or brake link someday might fall. The spx3001 have them upright. So it will be there in the future. It has all kinds they snap in and clip out with ease. The soap is great. It has a mix dial. It works with ease and you can see it in youtube. In how to use it. About the guts. I don't know how long will the pump last. Is all plastic outside including the water intake. For two year warranty and the price. You can't go wrong. This pressure washer is mainly for deck residential style work. Not for commercial. Warranty says only residential use. I'm very happy with it. Total addition to my home and easy storage. one main concern was storage. Been upright fits in a corner or closet in my garage. There you go that's my experience after opening the box. The unit comes assemble. All you need to do is place two screws with the wand holders and place the attachments, hook up your wand and you are set to go.. After my pool deck and patio deck. I'm pleased with the unit. ThanksRead full review

Thus far, it's doing a great job washing off years of algae from my patio brick. Only issues I have with the unit, thus far, is the delicate plastic components used for the areas that need the most reinforcement -- the female hose bib, for example; looks like it could easily break. Also, it doesn't wheel around all that well; I just lift the darn thing when I want to move it. The pressure hose retraction feature, whereby you turn a handle to wrap it around the spool, is rather useless, as it's (once again) not very-well fabricated and the unit isn't heavy enough to stay in place while you turn the handle; in other words, you have to forgo the handle altogether to reel in the pressure hose, clumsily turning the spool wheel with one hand and holding the washer steady with the other. All this said, it's perfectly nice, all in all. Price is right. Even if if breaks after I've finished blasting my entire brick patio, it will still have cost me far less than hiring someone to do it for me, and electric units such as these don't require the maintenance a gas-operated one would. So, aside from the Made in YouKnowWhere issues, it's really a nice unit. Read full review

I got this to replace a lower powered one that I lost in a freeze. Rated at 2030 PSI and feels stronger than the 1750 PSI unit that I lost. The hose reel is only OK (not really needed), The wand seems well made and has some metal components (compared with plastic only on other brands). The nozzle selection is more than adequate. I have not tried the detergent dispenser yet, but is a nice feature.

Decent, if not awesome power. My model came with compressor hose crank, which is flimsy and awkward to use. Wheels are plastic and stiff to roll and push. Overall, it's mechanically adequate, but mounted in a rather just so,so plastic carriage.

Nice that it shuts off when no water is flowing. Wheels are a little tight and does not roll smoothly. Hose could be longer but is still adequate for this level of machine. Would like to have a flow adjustment or shutoff for the soap dispenser. Nice design to roll up the hose on the reel and to secure the wand in the holder. Good assortment of spray nozzles. Seems to be decent duty quality for the price. If you just need some average around the house, this is a great option. Did a great job cleaning my wheels/rims.
