I've had this bag for well over two years and I like some parts and don't like others. I use this bag as my EDC, I carry medical supplies, water, portable phone charger, writing supplies, and fire starting gear. All on the outside I may add. I have a Condor Rip Away EMT Pouch on the face of the bag. A H2O pouch for my 40oz Hydroflask on the left side. My fire starter and writing supplies are on the opposite. The shoulder straps can be used as Molle if you have single strap pouches like the Condor OC Spray pouch I have on each side, one for my Mace brand gel pepper spray and the other for my rechargeable 6000L flashlight. I also have a blood identification badge clipped onto one of the D rings located on each side of the straps. The waists straps are just in the way so I removed them. The supposed bladder pouch is a bad idea, it's so uncomfortable to have a bladder in there topped off and have it on, that's why I opted for a H2O pouch. I do use that pocket as a location for my maps. Just make sure they are in sweat proof bags. The main compartment is organized with a zipper pocket on the back large enough to hold an emergency ration bar or two. The mesh on the inside can be used to stash gloves and a bookie/thick beanie. The compartment itself can hold 6 MREs, a change of cloths, or even 12 100-round cases of .223/556 ammo. The middle compartment is big enough for binoculars, night vision, or spare undergarments and has a 2 pocket mesh organizer with a open top compartment on the back. The small pocket can accommodate small items like a compass, batteries, a Lula mag loader, or hygiene supplies. On the bottom it is possible to place a sleeping bag pouch, but with a little weaving of excess strap length you can attach a USMC Bayonet. Overall as a BOB you can find way better options, as a Basic EDC/Basic Gunner Pack it's a good fit.Read full review

It is comparable to the Maxpedition Falcon II for the price for sure and seems like its made fairly well but I really expected it to have the hydration bladder compartment and it does not. It's no Maxpedition but then again it's a third of the price. All in all it's a good value

Bought this for my Sophomore who is NJROTC. She absolutely loves it. Well constructed, lightweight with great weight distribution for all her school books, etc., and she loves that it has hydration bladder compatibility. This is the 2nd Condor we've bought (2 kids) and they prefer them over any other backpack and THEY LAST...no need to keep buying new backpacks year after year.
