The Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 DVD will give you an invigorat...ing work-out! Billy Blanks takes you where you're at - he tells beginners to march it out if they're feeling exhausted. I found that the more I do the work-out the better I get at following the routines. I modify the high impact moves to be low impact and still know I'm getting a good work-out. The only downside to this DVD is that the count is off at times from one side being worked on to the next, but I can live with it by alternating the next time to the other side for that routine. It's worth buying for the very positive attitudes displayed by Billy Blanks and the rest of the people. There were people at all levels and sizes which helps viewers to relate to them since they're not all at their goals either.
I like Cardio Circuit 1 very much. This is a shorte...r workout (about 30 minutes) but it was good. I bought Cardio Circuit 1 because I already have Cardio Circuit 2 and wanted to complete the set. I like Billy Blanks and own a number of his other workouts and Cardio Circuit 1 is no exception. He is an awesome instructor/motivator and I truly enjoy his workouts. Even though I know it is a tape, there are times I think he actually 'sees' what I am doing. I am always looking at new cardio workouts to try, but I always seem to come back to Tae-Bo as my main workout. It was one of the first fitness dvds I tried and I have been pretty faithful. Billy Blanks is an awesome instuctor/motivator and each dvd I have of his challenges me every time I play it.
Good workout routine. ... Perpetual motion for 36 minutes. Works right and left sides of the body equally. Upper body, lower body and abdominal circuits keep you moving and interested. You can feel the difference. Looks like it was shot in one take using 1-2 cameras. Not the best piece of production, but easy to follow along.
Go...od video. I have used it four times now, and I am starting to memorize the routine. I am in pretty good shape, but I can't keep up with everyone in the video yet; it is exciting to me that I will see improvement in my strength, balance (I tip over during the cario kicking section), stamina (I am unable to complete the workout without resting), and overall fitness. Billy Blanks is always ultra-positive and motivating.
If you want to get fit, using cardio this is it , you ...get your hart pumping and at the end you feel great knowing you can do this.
