The beats in ear earphones have always served my tastes with great satisfaction. There are no exception. They appear to be genuine and well made. In any case I have used them for several months and they continue to perform to my satisfaction

In all honesty, it seems like they just grabbed some headphones from the dollar store and spent the rest of the money on the design and casing. The pocket case is of great quality and looks beautiful. The round container is alright. They look much better than they do in the images. Bass isn't so noticeable. Its there but not much buzz. Its kind of dry. The sound is comparable to a 1995 phones. You really are getting what you pay for, but keep in mind that you're paying for aesthetics.

This may work in some other rev. of the N7 2nd gen but although it is rev 1.4 as my bad port board was it did not work at all, my old board at least generated a usb error when connecting to a PC via ADB ...this...nothing and won't even charge with the original\Nexus charger/usb Sent them photos of the fact the rev 1.4 was the same but other board printed codes were different. Still waiting for response after 5 days or so...

I have not purchased a lot of headphones but I have purchased a few over the years and those combined with the older & newer earbuds that come with iPods/iPhones gives me an idea of the quality types that I prefer so with that said, these are probably the best in-ear headphones I have ever used. I work around machinery and these do a great job of blocking incoming sound in addition to the quality of sound they produce and comfort. They do lack a little bit in the mid-range but make up for it in the deeper bass sounds that other pairs have missed. They are the most comfortable pair I have ever worn and in the past I preferred the spongy ones for their sealing in my ears which doesn't work to well when it is hot and you sweat but I have used these while doing work outside and they have not fallen out once and I can wear them most of the day with very little discomfort. How do they compare to the $150-$200 range? I'll never know because you don't buy those and work outside or around machinery & chemicals, well at least I don't but for $50, these are great.Read full review
Overall the ear buds are comfortable however the sound quality is terrible. Tried all ear bud sizes to ensure "perfect fit". Compared to stock IPhone earbuds IPhone earbuds are the way to go. If you feel like wasting money or want a neat coin pouch by these. If you want a good set of earbuds stick with the ones that come with your device or go with the cheapest set of Bose and you will thank me...
