"The standard to which all other clippers are judged by" are what these Andis Masters are said to be. And it is true. This tried and true design, and powerful magnetic motor that has 14,000 cutting strokes per minute, certainly performed for me to what I thought a standard should be. Now I actually purchased these as a St. Patrick's Day gift to myself. And I customized them with a set of Shamrock stickers. So stickers do not come with the Andis lime set. I added photos below to show what I have. Now the only issue and caveat I have with these "Special Edition" Masters is that the paint that makes the special edition colors can be unexpectedly smooth.......smooth enough for them to slip right out of your hands unexpectedly. They do provide a heat shield of sorts but, again, they can be very smooth, despite looking as though grain is added for grip. So one must be on the lookout for this. And because of that I do suggest that one buy grip tape and artfully cut it and place it accordingly on these highly customizable clippers. If you do not you may find them slipping. I barely caught mine the first time, and then it happened again and thats when I knew it was the paint. So, in my opinion, for the custom color variations, I would get grip tape...color, clear or otherwise. I am confident that it will serve as a accident prevention measure and make them even cooler looking. Anyway, these Andis Masters cut my days old stubble into fine shavings and did double duty as an outliner for my mustache. Now I have purchased made in China Andis clippers in the past, and they held up well for years...BUT they eventually broke in the exact same place...the brittle plastic that the comb edge selector knob was set in. Not so with these MASTERS! For they are made in the USA with an aluminum housing which will NOT BREAK like the plastic underbelly of the Chinese made others. You get what you pay for, and the Master is certainly an upgrade from the, relatively decent, line of Made in China Andis entry level clippers. So say "Yes" to the Master......ANDIS MASTER!
