Another All-Clad well-made product. The book is good reading to if your into Italian Cooking. The only problem I have with this All-Clad product is that the grey plastic cover is not available from All-Clad as a replacement part. The same problem is with other All-Clad Products like the Mixing bowls that set on a plastic bottom. Not available as a replacement part. When you consider that your All-Clad cookware should be handed down in the family line, these plastic parts need to have replacement parts available. All-Clad could fix this problem by makng Spare parts available On-Line. Otherwise, I love all my All-Clad.

Everyone in the family loves this pan so much that they have bought there own. This one was purchased for my son. You can use this for baking pretty much ANYTHING. The food is cooked to perfection, nothing sticks to the pan and it washes with a little soap and water. No soaking or scrubbing needed. My pan looks exactly like it did when I purchased it 3 years ago.
