UTStarcom GTX75 Quickfire
I purchased the UTStarcom GTX75 Quickfire phone about three weeks 1/2 weeks ago. The first phone I received that was supposed to be new was not working properly. The phone would not power off and kept powering on and off without turning it on or off. Also, the phone kept displaying insert battery when clearly the battery was inserted and when plug in it did not display that the battery was even charging. The phone I received was clearly defective as well as the battery and power cord not working properly. Also most three weeks later I was sent another phone and really did not like the key board which was a lot smaller than illustrated in the photo. Also the Alarm features will not allow you to set specific days with out selecting a combination of days all at once. Other phones I purchase will allow you to select one day or certain days of the week if you chose to. Read full review

Quickfire (AT&T) Cell Phone
I bought this phone for my husband who had a rinky dink flip phone. He wanted to upgrade to an iphone but that wasn't in the budget. I though that this would serve as a better phone than he had. Well, it was okay. The problems that he had while using the touchscreen was having to sometimes push the screen really hard so that what he was touching would go. It dropped several calls. The screen was hard to see at certain angles. The good things about the phone is the internet browser is easy to use. Texting is easy with the larger qwerty pad. Overall, if I had a chance to have a "do over," I would not be purchasing this phone again. I would just have bought the iphone.

UTStarcom GTX75 QUICKFIRE (AT&T)
This is a good almost-smartphone that is offered by at&t, it seems amazing, really good keyboard, and some apps and games that are available on the app store. It has a brilliant screen for video watching, and taking, and camera picture reviewing, and of course taking. The sound quality is amazing, it sounds like your on a house phone, and many people I talked to in the test asked me if I was using my house phone to make a call to them. I really wished for awhile that this phone was available on VZW, because I was using one that was owned by a coworker. This phone is really cool A+++ To UTSTARCOM

Good but not great
It's a good phone for what I paid for it. The calls come in clear and from what I can tell, I've had no complaints about how I sound either. Phone calls haven't been dropped. One thing I don't like, and it's pretty annoying is that the touch screen doesn't register sometimes. It is bothersome, but once you blow on it or wipe it off it works pretty good. Just a good basic phone if you aren't looking for anything intricate. It doesn't take very long to figure it out.

Best AT&T Phone mposey18, Dec 08 - Experience: 14 days * Battery Life3 * Display5 * Ease of Use4 * Quality/Durability4 * Styling5 Pros: great touch screen, great keyboard, great call quality Cons: battery life if using camera alot Summary: over all this is the best phone for texting that at&t has come out with. it is not a smart phone so people shouldn't expect it to do everything like an iphone. if you dont use the internet alot and your more into texting get it. its better than the matrix and propel. its no bigger than a voyager or any blackberry out there.
