Much Better than the previous Hoover vac I bougtht
This is lightweight and easy to use. Last year, I bought a refurbished Hoover WindTunnel Max. That one worked good until the 90 day warranty expired. Then, it started pulling up the rug and was very hard to push--no mater what setting I tried. Recommend staying away from refurbished products.

Super Suction
I bought this vacuum to use on main floor of house where I have hardwood floors with 4 large tapestry area rugs. This is NOT the vacuum for these! The suction on this is incredible but actually too much so! It sucks onto the carpets to the point where it is hard to push & if you do manage to push or pull the vacuum, it is so strong that the carpet usually moves! So, it ended up in the bedrooms upstairs where the wall to wall Berber carpet is better suited for this vacuum. I wish the cord retracted into the machine.

Very light and tons of suction
I wish the extension tube design was slightly different. It’s not bad but I wish you didn’t have to use the extra flex tube every time you wanted to use the hand held extension tube. Because the tube is so long it’s hard to reach areas because the first flex tube is too short. Should’ve made that tube longer.

I am so happy with my purchase. I almost feel guilty. I paid so little and got so much.i love the features on the top where they are easy to use. Excellent suction for cleaning tools.I recommend this to everyone who wants quality but can't afford 500 dollars for a vac.super happy.

Light weight and powerful suction
The configuration to assemble the wand is confusing at first. I imagine after connecting and re connecting to the sweeper a few times it'll be quicker. The suction is great, but it tends to roll up smaller area rugs and must be shut off to lay them back down. Also at times, that suction and 'forward drive' makes pulling the vacuum cleaner back hard. Dumping the canister is a snap.
