It 's like I put a new engine in a 20 years old car. I didn't have to change anything else (RAM etc). Now my system is at least twice (or more) as fast, without the need of spending money for new MB, DDR3 Ram e.t.c. The only thing you have to take care is the thermal issue (you need a good heatsink with tested thermalpaste and perhaps 1 more case fan)

The 1075T has a massive amount of punch compared to my 955 x4. i could not believe it. benchmark tests are amazing. i've never seen prime95 move so fast! Anyway enough geek talk. For those wanting to skip the am3+ platform and are waiting for AM4 like me. This is the BEST cpu to get your hands on. Dont bother with a 1090t or 1100t. You will not notice the difference in real world applications. No this cpu can not be overclocked but why bother! This cpu means business and is a brilliant upgrade from a x4.
