It is a very reliable toothbrush, and it doesn't cost a fortune. I love how the timer rings after two minutes to let me know how long I have been brushing. The head brush is easy to replace and all around it is a very good investment. I have bought one for each of my children and grandchildren.

I got this because my Sonicare Elite unit was loosing it charge if used twice a day. This unit has good balance but the handle is bigger & heavier & it does not have the convenient 30 second timer in the 2 minute run cycle to know when to change brushing! It did come with a new brush & my current brushes also fit it so that was worth $8, but if I had to do it all over again I would have paid a little more to get the same Elite model as I currently have! Why Phillips even makes this low end model is a question in itself! In the picture this brush is on the left!

I have used Sonicare for years. It works for me. I like the auto shut-off feature and it seems to really get my teeth clean. Dentist is happy too....

This model doesn’t have the 30-second timer my old Sonicare had. I miss that feature.

Apart from the lge size of its base (perhaps better suited to a male grip) the brush does a good brushing job. It's touted as being xtra thorough vs plaque build-up, but can't con- firm that aspect. Teeth affect one's whole body health, so cleaning is imp.
