Airpods Max will make you a believer.
This is my favorite Apple product now! Songs that I’ve heard before have better dynamic range, and sound brand new! It was very fast with pairing up with my Apple devices. I’ve even warmed up to the weird case. Worth the extra money, as replaceable ear pads and the quality of the construction will ensure years and years of enjoyment.

Great noise cancellation, but sound is not any superior to other good-quality headphones at a much lower cost.
Nice headphones, but sound quality is really not that much more superior than my old Bose noise cancelling headphones. A big problem that I will have to do some research on is the fact that they lose connection to my iPhone frequently. To remedy this, I just press down on the sound dial and it reconnects, but a real pain and should not be happening on something that costs so much. I can say that the noise cancelling feature is superior to anything that I have found to date. Even running heavy machinery in my woodworking shop, I do not have to have the volume up any higher than usual to still hear what is coming from the headphones. All other models, I still had to turn the volume up some.

Apple works best with Apple
The AirPods Max are awesome if you are an apple enthusiast and don't mind spending on it. The sound quality is great (I am not an audiofile) but it sounds awesome. THey are a little heavy on the head after hours of having them on, but I don't know any headphones or earpods that are comfortable for hours on end. They are super easy to connect with iPhone and Apple devices. The battery life is pretty good.

Best Noise Cancellation
I have used Bose headphones before but they can't beat the noise cancellation of the AirPods Max. These headphones are very comfortable to wear and the battery life is incredible. Also they are excellent for watching movies on an Apple TV or iPad. Turn out the lights and get immersed in the show.
