Great ear buds! I’ve had a pair of AirPods now for a couple of years and these by far have way better sound, the fit is also great especially when working out.
Sound (music): too flat, worse than previous Bose SoundSport Free had. Connection: it takes long time to re-connect with iPhone and some calls missed. Phone calls: it's ok if quiet area, otherwise people complained that barely can hear me. Sony WF-1000XM3 sound a lot better as well as phone calls, but not comfortable to wear (at least for me).
I like that they fit and stay in my ears very well. I like these better than some others for fit. The instructions were not very good but I fumbled through them. I had to download a Bose app. Be carreful to get the right one. The first one under Bose search in apple app search was one that charges 3.99 a month. Make sure to get the free app.
The sound is decent but they are not noise cancelling so you can hear outside as well. I used them mowing the lawn and can still hear the lawn mower but worked well for me.
The ear buds fit securely in the ear (once you determine which size is best for you. My only negative comment is that I would like to see more treble from them, but admittedly I have that complaint about most speakers, regardless of size.
Love the fact I can change the size to fit my ears and be comfortable. Sound quality is great my daughter didn’t realize I was talking to her on air buds
