    Plays Geat...

    This horn plays very well. The bronze body gives it a nice solid feel and warmth. The projection is great. "Coming from a vintage horn" for most of my playing experience, this horn comes quite close. It has some weight to it just like my Martin Committee. There is a great difference in the Yanagisawa's modern key work. It's quite light and very responsive. If you've played a vintage horn you will have to get used to the key placement and the new ergonomics. My hands are pretty wide so I do have to pay attention to my finger placement, once you start t to warm up it gets easier each time. Over all it's a really player I'm glad I chose this one over the competition. In my opinion It definitely has earned it's place in the top FOUR. With having the option to get any horn of my choosing, this one has met my needs and demands quite well. I highly recommend it.

    Amazing saxophone, Bronze all the way

    This is the nicest saxophone I have ever played and so happy to finally get one. It is phenomenal, it has clear tones with a bit of dark, the key work is fluid, and enjoy it all in all. There are several reviews out there but for me, this will be a great saxophone for either jazz or classical.
