This is one fine power tool it works great, the battery lasts just like it says and the extra features that are beyond other grease guns are very useful and functional. It has plenty of power it a zerk won't take with this gun then it is really clogged bad. The zerks that wouldn't take with this gun wouldn't even take with the special tool that is hit with a hammer. Had to remove the zerks and clean the joint out with small sharp tools

I've had 2 14.4v Lincolns and had no problems but the battery's wearing out. I bought the new 20v had I for 1 1/2 years went to use it and I wouldn't pump, then smoke came out of the motor. It was just working fine the day before? I took it apart to see if maybe it was clogged and it was not. I called Lincoln and they said sorry about your luck.....I took great care of the gun it never say rain or dirt always stored inside and always wiped down. Very disappointing and I will NOT buy another from Lincoln if they will not stand behind there product
