Product comes in open box but looks to be new. No instruction sheet which you would get with any brand new version of this module in a store. Biggest issue I have run into is that the module had been previously included into a Z-Wave network and needed to be EXCLUDED before I could included it into my network. Took me awhile to figure out this was the problem why it wasn't showing up. Once I excluded it, then I could include it with no issues. Product is working fine now.
