This bench is great for weight lifting, has storage and can even be used as a stepper. The adjustable features (height and seat) are what make this bench worth it. If you purchase, you definitely will not be disappointed.

We use these in our gym and they are great. Easy to move, set up, and use. No they are not the same as a commercial bench but that’s not the point. We use these for light weight exercises and to add variety for group fitness strength classes.

We have a small apt. This fits under our coffee table. Not to heavy to move around. The only thing I dont like is it's hard plastic so when u lay on it u have to lay a folded towel down. Otherwise my vertebrae stick out and it would bruise me. Maybe this wouldn't bother some people. Easy fix though.

This bench is sturdy but light enough to move around. I love that it has two height settings (perfect for both box squats and deficit pushups) and three seated elevations. It's the same bench that Orangetheory Fitness uses, so I knew I've wanted this bench for years. The "cargo space" in the bench mostly holds resistance bands (I can't fit my dumbbells in there). If you can only have one bench in your home gym, I'd recommend this one.

I’m happy with my purchase. The bench is well built and very strong. I do wish the bench was a little bit longer for people that are above 6 ft. I have found multiple ways to use this bench.
