What does this price mean?
This is the price (excluding shipping and handling fees) a seller has provided at which the same item, or one that is nearly identical to it, is being offered for sale or has been offered for sale in the recent past. The price may be the seller's own price elsewhere or another seller's price. Overhaul your entire network with the Pro Wi-Fi System from eero. To keep things secure, the eero uses WPA2 encryption and receives automatic security updates to ensure your network is safe from the latest threats.
Eero Pro WiFi mesh system works exactly as advertised. Simplistic out of the box installation and configuration as well as the uptime of the network once established. Prior to installation I had numerous drops and lack of device handoffs using AirTies systems. The WiFi calling feature has worked seamlessly 100% since configured. No calls have dropped since installation as well, which is important as cellular service is not that great here and I live in a treed community. This has also extended the range of my wireless network to cover a majority of my 2 acres as well while outdoors.
Great setup interface, but less than half the range and coverage claimed.
The Eero pro 2nd generation mesh system is extremely over priced and does not come close to the coverage and performance they claim. I own a very modest 1700 sqf. Single story home, and I'm currently using two sets of 3 eero pros, that's 6 access points through the house, and still there's one corner that is a little spotty. I have spent over $700 dollars (on sale) on my two sets of eeros, and i still don't have my whole house covered. With half the money I've spent on the eeros, i could have gotten two sets of three access points for a total of six units from any other brand, and i would be getting similar coverage if not better, and i would have saved $300 bucks. So, my recommendation is to try a cheaper brand with similar specs for less than half the price, and get the same if not better.Read full review
I researched numerous units on internet (boosters) checked reviews from a lot of you tube companies , and Revertible companies like (Toms Hardware, Best Buy , my nephew who is a electrical / electronic engineer . I was on a fence with Google Disc's of which many testers that did review said they had problems with the units, I than looked at eero and what a Quality device
they have 3 generations of being successful , In my situation I needed a booster to boost thru Plaster and concrete walls of which I wasn't sure the 1st Generation would do it , but found out the latest unit has 3 signals of boosting , the cost isn't cheap ,I believe in you get what you pay for!!
These devices were up an working in 5 minutes was able to boost my speed from my service fiber
At&t was 25 mps too 28 mps and upload as well , with the App I'm able to test and see who is on my 2nd Network BEST THING I ever did P.S. out of 3 disc's used only 2 1500 sqft homeRead full review
I replaced my Apple Airport mesh network with the EERO Pro and it's been a world of difference. Starting with the fact that there is a separate band just for the backhaul and then still leaves you with 2.4 and 5 fo your devices. If you have an ethernet backbone in the house even better. One of my favorite features is that you can QR code someone onto your network, realtime see all the devices, give them nicknames and even block. 100% worth the investment and updates are automatic.
Fairly easy to set up. Your cell phone is used for instructions and set up. Just needed to reboot my router to get it to recognize the units, and after that, it was really easy to set up. I connected the two remote units via Ethernet, and had no problems. Should work wirelessly, but mine were far apart, and not in ideal locations.
