It's a fast wireless charger, as reported by my Galaxy S7 Edge, and not the 5W version. You will need a higher amp charger, like the one included with your phone (assuming you don't have an i device - that charger doesn't provide enough power). It looks like it scales itself down to slow charging if you plug it into sources that provide minimal power like the i phone's included one or a computer's USB port.

It looks large in the image but in actuality it's no bigger than your hand, only 1 iPhone X can sit upon it, I thought I could place multiple on it by the images alone. The price is quite high for a functional piece like this and the soldering on the indicator light cable connection is pathetic it was broken on arrival. Basically if you are after creating a wireless option with your own case or what have you, look elsewhere, this isn't it.
