My secret ingredient for perfect cream pies
I use gelatin in so many things I make year round. It stabilizes whipped cream for pies , cream puffs, sets my cranberry sauce, aspics, gelatin fruit salads, so many things. Knox gelatin for joint pain
I use the product as a non-medicinal (not prescribed by a licensed medical professional) treatment for painful joint distress. I have no clinical evidence that this treatment is useful for the prevention of joint pain and therefore I cannot recommend it to others. Coat your joints with KNOX
A nurse told me many years ago to use Knox Gelatin powder to help lubricate my joints. No need for over the counter remedies. I mix one heaping tablespoon into 3 oz. juice, water, or any flavored drink. Mix it up and drink immediately. It will gel up pretty quickly.
