Had trouble getting drivers and printing to function on line, initially. Worked them out. So far it prints OK, will see how much longevity it has after a while.

Although I received this item a few weeks ago, I came down with a nasty cold which prevented me from using this printer sooner. Today however, I needed to print a nine-page document so I used this item for the first time. All went well printing the first six pages. But page seven jammed. I cleared everything and was successful at printing the last three pages. I’m hoping that this paper jam is not indicative of problems to come. Will update if further problems occur. I should also add that the product was securely boxed and the printer appeared to be in excellent condition. UPDATE: 3-31-19 This printer prints all my typed documents perfectly. No problem. BUT when I try to print copies of my many photos, they come out all streaked and totally unusable. Very disappointed. Will have to lessen the original stars given in my previous review. I'm a linux guy so I dont know anything about MS compatibility. It took some research (and command lines) to get hardware/software up and running. The scanner, copier, and printer all work at the level of a $69 inkjet :) The print quality is good but you ll be twiddling your thumbs, as the HP prints about 5 PPM. Take your large volume print jobs to work :) I connected to Wireless in less than 2 minutes - I proceeded to put the usb cable into the closet. The Black finish, which helps in updating my room decor, matches my speakers and monitor. The price was right and the performance should be typical HP - I have a 932C that still works - 10 years later. I've got a feeling the replacement ink (HP 60) will cost more than I expect to pay, but we all know thats how HP makes the scrill. The bottom line, part 2, is that the printer is better than I expected...lots of value for the money. Peace.Read full review
Purchased this to replace a non-wireless Canon printer. For $50 it is an excellent value if you just need a basic printer that is not real fast. It was easy to connect to my wireless network, the print quality is good, and while basic, it does have features such as remote printing via the Internet, scanning, and some apps that can be downloaded to it. I've been very pleased with this printer so far.
This printer is great! The wireless printing is awesome, I can be anywhere in my house with my laptop and I can print out whatever I'd like by pressing a key. It has so many features...to name a few, aside from wireless printing, it is also capable of scanning, and copying. As well as printing via email, and from your cell phone! I have yet to print from my phone but I look forward to using that feature. I definitely recommend this printer to anyone who needs a quality printer for everyday use and more. It was a great price as well.
