Glad I Bought It!
Im glad I got the Alta HR. The added features make it worth the cost. It tracks the nutritional details of food by allowing the user to scan a barcode, do a quick calorie addition, or find by search. I didnt realize everything it does until I started using the device. It was an easy set-up and the charge lasts a long time. I bought one for my little one who WAS glued to her phone. She and her friends challenge eachother (another feature). No more phone! Excellent product.

Good upgrade over original Alta
I had bought a Charge 4 to replace my trusty Alta after the screen went too dark to see. The Charge 4 body is plastic so using metal bends snaps the attachment points off. The Alta HR does most of what the Charge 4 does except blood oxygen levels and it has the same metal body as the original Alta.

good, needs charging frequently
It was easy to set up and to connect with my phone. It's not the first fitbit I have owned. However, it seems to need charging every 2-3 days. I'm not sure this is normal for a brand new product. The battery shown half in 2-3 days on my phone. I thought it was supposed to stay charged for at least 5 days.. I've sent a note to vipoutlet today but they haven't answered me yet.

Reasonable price, light weight, and a good fitness tracker.
This was a very difficult process to set up. I've set up about 4 Fitbit watches and, by far, this one just wouldn't cooperate. I even called customer support at Fitbit, and they tried everything for 1 hour. Finally, by accident, I felt my watch vibrate when I was trying to get the 4-digit code to complete the setup process. I took my watch off and put this one on (none of which I had to do in the past with other watches, nor was this suggested by the Fitbit customer support rep.) Right now, the watch is working fine

Great upgrade to Fitbit HR
This is a wonderful upgrade to my old Fitbit HR. It's lighter, slimmer, and more curved so it sits against my wrist nicely. I checked the heart rate monitor against one in my doctor's office and it was right on the money. So far it's been a great product, and the battery lasts up to a week for me. I have it giving me silent alarms for waking and I like the fact that it reminds me hourly to get up and walk. It's simple and the fact that you can change out the bands is just icing on the cake. If you're considering this product, go for it!

Haven’t used it yet. Still using another - same Fitbit. Its battery is weakening. Soon I’ll switch to the new one. Since Fitbit is no longer making this one, I wanted a spare. I like it better than the new models. This Fitbit was in the original packaging and appears new. I expect that it will function perfectly.

Lightweight with great AP
I like the Fitbit that I ordered as it is lightweight and it has a good amount of associated material on the AP. The only criticism would be that sometimes during exercising the HR value is not able to be read and sometimes it takes quite a bit of tapping to get the numbers to show. This may be due to my smaller wrist? Overall, great product.

I like that the latest Altas have a heart rate monitor and the software can now give me a sleep score. All of my additional bracelets fit the new device. The new buckle clasp allows it to stay attached; my old one could sometimes get snagged and pulled off my wrist.
