Located in Minnesota switched from point distributor to electronic ignition with the flame thrower coil. The application is a 610 bobcat with a Wisconsin 30 hp engine. Made a major difference in starting. The engine uses oil so I use a combination of 30w- 50w straight weight oil. The spark plugs tend to foul but after the conversion it virtually eliminated the problem. Another plus I use the unit for snow removal throughout the winter the temperature get way below zero with the conversion it eliminates the fear of ignition point failure.
