You may have to cut your shroud a little bit.
Pretty straightforward installation, if you have a larger air intake charge tube you may have to cut the shroud a little bit on top. It shouldn't affect anything the tube should block the hole if you cut it right.

Excellent Quality
This CSF radiator came packed extremely well, and came out looking beautiful in polished aluminum. It was a direct bolt on that required very minimal modification to the fan shroud on my 2006 Nissan Titan to prevent possible contact under heavy acceleration.
