This is a family-friendly, very cute and funny movie. I've had it on my DVR for a long time, but finally decided to purchase a copy. I never get tired of watching it. The children in it are perfect for the movie. Eddie Murphy is a joy to watch as a nice dad who has been paying too much attention to work and not his sweet but lonely son.... and with his funny co-worker, both having lost their jobs, starts a day care with mixed results at first but then sweet success. Steve Zahn is a special treat.

Usually like Eddie's action movies better than comedy...but this movie is a hoot. Steve Zahn was my favorite character...stole the show. He has "perfect timing" for comedy roles. He kept me in stitches. I bought the movie to send to my sister who loved it too. No disappointment in this show...if your looking for entertainment. This movie is a good vehicle for Eddie Murphy in that he is very funny and featured with a bunch of kids. The kids are hysterical and the script creates some pretty funny characters. The interplay between struggling Dad Eddie Murphy and his fellow daycare operators is very entertaining, particularly when faced with the arduous task of caring for the kids. It is clean, creative and quite enjoyable, especially for those who have children of their own who can relate to the difficulties of taking care of, cleaning up after and educating children.

My kids love this movie actually its the second copy because our first got wore out. It's is a really funny movie. Eddie Murphy is the dad and he does a great job. It gives a good lesson about listening to your kids and coming down to their level. This is a movie the whole family can watch over and over. It's nice to watch a movie with the kids that's not a cartoon every once in awhile. We can't wait to see the next one Daddy day camp.
