Shipped quickly and professionally. It took me a few weeks to unbox because I was busy but found that the battery was dead. Instructions were very clear and I was able to get the wheel / handle kit installed in a few minutes. Propane connectivity was simple and straightforward. My test under inclement weather threat on 3.14.2019 in North Alabama was all good. Giving the vendor a chance to address the dead battery even though I considered it 'gravy' on top of the deal to begin with.

Looks good, went together ok and started right up with proper assembly. But is it over rated and does not have the 240volt amperage it claims . cant even run my 240v 20 amp air compressor without the gen shutting down on me. All the watts in the world don't make up for the fact it prob only has half the Amps it claims.

If you live in California then you need to know that politicians are going to make it illegal to sell gas powered generators starting next year. Buy one now before it's too late. The dual fuel generators are the most desired type. Buy spare replacement parts and store them away because many years into the future it will be difficult to find parts if something breaks or wears out. You have to close the choke before starting the generator when using propane. The instructions says to do the opposite but I tried following the instructions but the generator would not startup with the choke open. Once the generator starts up you then switch the choke to open. The factory cover is garbage. I paid $42 for a cover the tore even though I was very careful putting it on. Look for an alternative.

Great Generator. Just got it in. Took it out of box had all the extras as was described. Put in oil (don't use there funnel it will spill out ) gas and hooked up battery. Started it ran great. Plug in a 1500 watt heater, it ran with no problem ( It should for a 12000 watt generator). Run for one Hour no issues. Hooked up propane , started right up. Had small issue of running and then trying to die. Once air out of system it ran great with out any issues. Have yet to hook up to house to see if it will carry load for any length of time. Should be just find. This is one good investment for blackouts .

This generator is strong and does not waver. Plenty of power for our needs. We have not used the generator enough to see how long a 25 lb tank of propane would last, different reports go from 8 hrs to 20 hrs. The only issue is the no flat tires are foam filled and get a flat spot that won't come out thus making it annoying to move.
