A good looking watch. You pay much more so you wouldn't have to replace the battery every few years, and wouldn't have to adjust the time manually every few months! Titanium is lighter than SS, but it's probably not as light as you'd think. Good for you if you have use for all the tiny features, but if you're like me, you pay more for the looks, and for the comfort of feeling that you bought the top of the line of those watches. It's a nice and beautiful watch that is full of features that probably most of us will almost never use or care for, other than for bragging.

I've always liked "atomic" watches (my last one, a Cascio G-shock, lasted well over ten years), but this is one of the best I've owned or seen. The battery charging system requires less light exposure than the G-shock did, so the watch is never blacked out. The timekeeping is perfect to the second. The watch appears durable and rugged. But, best of all, I love its manly size and its clunky feel. I doubt very many will need the aviation functions, but they're available. The two timers are a nice feature. The titanium look is elegant, and makes it appear somewhat different from most watches. All in all, a great watch, even at its price point, and one which has generated lots of compliments from friends and others. I've had no problems with the Citizen AT watches, but I haven't owned them very long. (I also have the dressier version, the JY8034-58E NAVIHAWK with a stainless band with two gold sripes - a great dress watch with similar features and a similar face, which I also recommend highly)Read full review
I wear this watch every day. I love the style and it is so light. I love the fact that I can see what day of the week, date, and month on the digital display. I also love that fact that it requires no batteries and gets the atomic time signal which makes sure the watch has the correct time at all times.

I was looking for a watch that can be accurate down to a few seconds a year. Have owned mostly Seiko watches, which were all well built and still running after ten years. I grew tired of wearing the same watches for too long. So I buy a new watch every ten years, while all three old Seiko watches are still running fine other than needing new batteries. This Citizen watch solved two issues. No battery required, and daily calibration with atomic clock while I am in the US. Since I bought the watch, it has gone to UK, Egypt, Indonesia, China, and a few other countries. It gave me the ability to check time around the world while in the air. As long as it last, this will be the watch for me for the next ten years.
Fantastic watch with all performance of the "standard" Skyhawk but lighter (Titanium) and the nice customization on blue and yellow from the Blue Angels.
