So far, the only let down is that the magnets holding the laptop closed are really strong and prevents me with bigger fingers from opening it one handed. The rest is mostly positive... Great performance, keyboard is good, screen is great, trackpad is accurate (though small). Microphone and camera are leaps better than my previous laptop and reviews state that they are amongst the best in the market for those telepresence meetings. Glad I got this before Microsoft decided to focus on the surface laptop studio instead of make another surface book.
