The Marginal Subpar Navigator
The ease of installation is as denoted in the instructions — it takes an hour. With that said, it’s all haphazard thereafter. The 2019 Map is missing streets that have existed since 2016 moreover its adding streets that hasn’t existed since 2008. It doesn’t navigate the fastest route as good as the map native to iPhone. However, it does reroute faster. That part is amazing. Yet, it doesn’t learn like Apple Maps. I use the Navigation to go home and to usual places which are programmed into the system. At that point, it’s faster to tap my jog wheel several time and be on my way home. It’s good for rural to expressway navigation but not city to city or city to suburbs. It’s okay. The product works as advertised, I’m just disappointed the information isn’t as accurate as it should be for the date this version denoted itself to be. E.G. missing streets that are over 6 years old. Read full review

Worked Perfectly
When I first loaded it, it got all the way to the end of the second disc and stated it would not work. This was disappointing since the car was running for well over an hour. Read the directions and they said to pull a fuse and try again. I did not want to do this and would wait until the next day. The next day I inserted the disc and the installation was completed without me having to pull any fuses. Took it for a test run in the area and it worked perfectly.

DVD 1 stuck
First dvd did not eject after installation. Had to do factory reset of Command system to take the dvd 1 out. It took over 2 hr to install 1st DVD and about 30 min for 2nd DVD. Rest all good.
