Best cellphone I've ever used or seen at the lowest price I've ever found after intensive research. I am thoroughly satisfied with this model and I cannot even imagine any additional feature that could make it better. I bought my wife the slightly larger "plus" model which is identical except for the larger size. The "plus" model is too big for my pocket but fine for a woman's pocketbook. I love this phone!!!

Beautiful device with few flaws that can be overcomed.
Pros: 1) very easy to hold with one hand 2) screen has a perfect size 3) nice design 4) fast and performant 5) the pen is very convenient for texting. Bonus: less marks on your screen. Cons: 1) fragile 2) Too many ads on every app, even the common ones (Weather forecast, Google map...) 3) Keyboard autocorrect is annoying. I deactivated this feature 4) Coming from a Blackberry I find Samsung/Android is complicated" to navigated with lots of swiping. 5) Fingerprint recognition is not working well. 6) short time battery won't get you through a day of "normal" use 7) lots of apps installed initially. I deactivated most of them It is a very beautiful but fragile so a protection case is a must to have. Coming from a Blackbery phone, it's been a learning curve to navigate the user interface that doesn't have a "central location" like the Blackberry 'Hub". Also the amount od advertisments everytime i open a menu or an app is very disturbing. The original price of $900+ is very stiff, but if you get the $500-600 price like i did, the pill is easier to swallow. I think that once i get a good hand of it and forgive the few flaws, I will enjoy the phone because its size is perfect and the pen is a good help when testing (i installed the Google Handwritting Keyboard). I urge all those looking for better phone to get Samsung galaxy note 10. Is a computer with high memory in your hands.
Very fast, has more GBs and don't have to worry about, long life battery more than iPhone XS max or iPhone. Simple to navigate, much more clear pictures. So many wonderful features in this phone. Is a great phone to be in my hands. Speakers are so loud and very clear like connected to amplifier It's unbelievable.

Can't beat this phone at this price.
As described.. All the power of a note with the smaller size to boot. I purchased this to upgrade from an LG Thinq7 since I'm working remote full time and I needed a more powerfull phone for businss. The only sticking point is the finger print recognition is tricky with a tempered glass screen protecter but the facial recognition makes up for that flaw. I've yet to use the full power of the Note but I am looking forward to it.

The best note yet, a pc powerhouse in your hand. It does everything, fast and efficient. It's smaller than my Note 8 but the screen is same size, ita also lighter. This is an incredible hang for your buck! The sound is so much louder and clearer than my Note 8 both without buds and without. This is a FAST phone.
