I really think this rug is ideal for a patio space or deck. I'm a Design consultant and I would recommend this product to a friend or a client. My apartment is in Midtown Atlanta with a decent size patio. I had a vision for the space and I was determined to find a rug or even astro turf. The Light weight and flexibility of this rug. I’ve had the mat on my enclosed porch for over a week and it has been great so far. Decreased dirt from being tracked into my kitchen. Very soft on bare feet. I’ve also noticed a temperature difference on my porch too, more comfortable to sit out on very warm days. This rug looks like the top of a pool table! It feels something like heavy felt with one side treated for durability. So far it has held up to 3 small dogs and 2 cats, and high afternoon winds. I recommend this rug for patios and decks, or for a floor in a tent. Very nice.
