    It just needs a tighter tolerance . Quality Control.

    When installed and main screws tightened, the lock arm for the inside push - pull rod LOCKS UP . only when you back off the screws does the lock work. the screws hold the door latch in place and need to be tight so that the door will close tight.,Firm , No Loose Rattles ..
