They company sent me the wrong remote and acted like this a normal thing to do. Refurbished does not mean wrong items. The remote they sent can not even control the device because it's for a different model sound bar. This should be CLEARLY in bold letters explained that this is not refurbished, but rather lots of different items that do not go together.

Bought mine at Target for $150 and I feel good about paying that price. This system replaced my 2009 Logitech X-540 system (another legendary budget system) and it absolutely buries it. The Vizio 36 inch sound bar and woofer has sharp treble, deep bass, and a strong sub and gets more than loud enough for any living room. All three are adjustable to your preference. I especially love listening to classical music through the system, it almost sounds live with each key press FELT. Comes with all the audio cable options (use optical if you can). Bluetooth phone connectivity is a nice feature. Cons: "Surround" is a stretch. While the sound fills the room, you will not hear sounds coming from behind like with a 5 speaker setup. This is more like extremely good stereo. The LED display is meh due to being partially hidden behind mesh. I cannot recommend this system enough, it is THE budget sound bar to get. Buy this, or spend a lot more money for professional sound. If you're coming from built-in speakers your world is about to change.Read full review
