I bought a HP Officejet Pro L7590 several years ago. I like it so much that I bought one for my wife and counselled my Grandson to get one also. We all love our printers and they do everything, but brew coffee, as the saying goes. I highly recommend you buy it if you can find one. HP should keep producing their CADILLAC!

Shipped with corn starch pellets that found their way into every printer opening. Took 3 hours to remove pellets after gaining access to all ports of entry. Printer inks were all past the due date and had to be replaced. The unit was shipped without the electric capacitator/reducer and had to be replaced. The unit had power but would not print in color or black & white. Only feed unprinted paper. I have spent over $250.00 to see if it is repairable. The printer was shipped at $300.00 over cost of a working printer at Best Buy in my home town.

Printer has a paper jam IF more than 30 or so sheets of paper are placed in the bin. And one of the connectors on the tray that catches the prints is broken, needs to be straightened on a regular basis. Neither of these problems were mentioned.

This is my second L7590, I added this one because the quality of print is beautiful and consistent. It is especially good as a photo printer. We use it to produce brochures and meeting handouts. It is a workhorse and the output is consistent.
The unit is a disaster. Uses ink cartridges like nothing else even when not used. Put in a new cartridge, leave it for 2 or 3 weeks and it needs a new one without even using the unit. Doesn't even print black when color cartridge is empty. This is NOT a PRO model!!!
