I bought this item because I have been using dark brown pencil eyeliner for over 35 years. I have tried many brands & styles. The Cover Girl Dark Brown colors apply nicely but, more importantly, it blends perfectly with the convenient built-in smudger and it stays put all day if you dab lightly with powder to "set" it.
This is a product I've used for a few years, and it works beautifully with my skin type and has the look and wear I like an eyeliner to have. The color is perfect for me also. I bought it on eBay because I live in a small town and it's not always available in our stores. Try it, you'll like it!
