Finally I can hear again! My doctor gave me a script for ear drops but the tiny syringe that came in the kit was totally useless. I thought I would have to make a doctor appt. after a couple weeks and many tries using them. I got this ear washer and just kept spraying in the warm water with a couple teaspoons of white vinegar in it, like the directions said and eventually the wax blockage was washed out.
