love it, especially the price, downgrade was very easy.
I changed dual 6-core CPU setup which cost 200$ just the CPU part, for dual 4-cores CPU which cost me 20$, my usage of CPU is the same at 30% to 45%, I have dual processor motherboard, now I can sell my six core processors and return halve of my investment into a computer. The product works fine, I like it a lot, it is still on par with core i5 - core i7 quad core fourth generation processors. Why would people want to spent big money on modern processors if they can have all the power for less then 10% of the price beyond me.

Excellent 80W Upgrade
I have an old HP ProLiant DL360 G6 server that had some E5506 CPUs in it. I wanted replacement processors with HT and Turbo Core capabilities that stayed within the 80W power envelope, and these processors deliver. I doubled my thread count for just a few bucks which opened a lot of possibilities for the systems I run on that server. The products also delivered faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I would buy from Diversity again if I had need of upgrade for an old system and they had the parts I needed.

Affordable power
I have a set of E5530's, X5650's and now these E5540's for my NAS. If you can get an LGA1366 dual socket motherboard for a good price, then these provide excellent power/price value. These are especially good for virtualisation if you want to run a few VM's in your home environment.
