My only gripe is the silly plastic covers that go across the top of the roof rails to protect the mounting bolt holes. They either go in perfectly, or they don't. And once they don't, they're uneven, look silly, and even when you pop them out, it seems impossible to ever get them flush. At least the vehicle is tall enough that most people won't be able to see them.

I could not install the first roof rack that I had received because the screw holes were misshaped and did not align at all with the threads on the car. I had a second set sent to replace the first, and they were exactly the same. I finally just drilled the holes out myself to get the racks installed. Terrible quality for the price. You're better off just buying off-brand roof racks instead.

The holes on the passenger side roof rail did not line up. They were drilled on an angle unlike the driver side ones.. had to drill one of the holes to a bigger size to allow one of the screws to go in.. perhaps i was sent a defective unit
