It's not amazing by any means, but it's something the cats will enjoy... once I fix it. It claims to hold 50 pounds, but the little metal clamp holding the metal wire to the base broke almost as soon as one of my cats sat on it. It won't take much to fix it, just some pliers and some tweaking, but still super annoying. Could use rope and be a better quality. But, for the price I would recommend it, I just wish the fabric had velcro or snaps to hold it on the frame. Nothing I can't rig up myself though.

I'm not sure if it's a dirty window, or lack of moisture and drying time, but mine has fallen from the window several times now. My cats don't even want to get in it any more. The bed is also very flimsy. My sister has a different brand and I'll be getting one of those instead.

This item does not come in the box shown. I bought the item shown in Walmart. It lasted 2 years before the suction cups stopped sticking to the window. I bought this one because Walmart doesn't carry it any more. This item came in a plain white box, NOT the box shown. The item did however look exactly like the one I had. I purchased this item Aug 27, 2016. The suction cups stopped sticking to the window around November 2016, so it didn't last very long. My cat weighs around 13 lbs. Maybe it would last longer with a smaller cat. But I don't like the idea of posting a photo of something and then sending you something else! If I were buying this as a gift, I would not have given it, as it looks like I purchased a cheaper knock off product.

The "seat" on this particular model is very flimsy. My cat could sit in it (I had to make her do it!), but she sank down quite low. She's only 8 lbs.! I bought one of these in the past that was made with web-material like beach chairs. That held my then-13 lb. cat. Also, the "wires" are nylon. I don't know how well they would hold up if a cat used it all the time. Again, the one I purchased in the past had stainless steel braided wire, at least as good as picture-hanging wire. The design and suction cups are fine, which is a big deal. But the rest of the materials are substandard.
